If you already have your own Windows SPLA Licences or SQL Licenses from Microsoft, you can use them on OVH dedicated servers.


Windows Server 2008 R2 distribution, Web Edition.

It is delivered quickly and simply and all Web services are supplied with Windows 2008 like IIS 7.5, ASP.NET, Windows SharePoint Services, ... The various services are seen as server roles can be activated on demand from the management terminal.

This distribution is only 64-bit version (limited to 32GB of RAM).

Note : This choice of this distribution will not allow you to use the automatic migration tool offered by RPS
