Anti-cybersquatting

Protect your brand name and maintain the traffic to your site

Cybersquatting involves registering domain names and then reselling them to those who have the trademark rights, often to damage the image of the original brand. This fraudulent practice can take many forms such as:

  • Registering a domain with other available extensions
  • Registering a domain with an IDN or in another language
  • Adding a word to an existing domain

Anti-cybersquatting

This service allows you to track daily the domain names that use your brand or your trademark. If you have registered the domain "marcopolo.com" it will show any domain names containing the word "marcopolo": "mymarcopolo.com", "heremarcopolospeaking.com" etc..

Anti-typosquatting

This protection complements the anti-cybersquatting service. It identifies the domain names similar to yours because of a typing error(s). If you have registered the domain "marcopolo.com", it allows you, for example, to uncover domain names such as "Mmarcopolo.com”, “marcoOpolo.com”, “marcoplO.com”
