Define the roles and divide tasks better

For every domain you choose the owner, administrator, technical and billing contact. With this division of roles, everyone knows what to do and your organisation is more effective.

Administrative reference, it does not manage the services.

They manage the administrative and technical aspects, and may amend all contacts

They manage only technical aspects but may change the billing nic

They may only access the billing management

Administrator, technical and billing contacts

The administrator, technical contact and billing contact of your domain can be changed with one click. Just change the NIC-handle in the management interface.

Change the owner

Changing the owner of .com,.net, .info, .biz and .org domains is done directly in the Manager, subject to a locked/registered domain for a period of 60 days.

For other extensions, you will need to fill in a procedures form which is also accessible in the Manager.
