The owner must be a legal person, without restriction of location.
The domain name must reflect the name, initials or name of a product (tangible or intangible) of the applicant.
When you have created your domain order, a copy of one of the following documents will be requested:

• The company's Registration Certificate
• Registration Certificate for a community or international brand
• The association's declaration certificate

Plus, a LOA ("letter of authority") or authorisation letter signed and sealed on the letterhead of the company giving authority for OVH to register the domain in your name.
