OVH Support and interventions

OVH provides 3 levels of support:


1st level of support

OVH is committed to informing the customer about their order as it unfolds. OVH is committed to checking the correct operation of the service, making sure the server is online and pinging.



2nd level of support

OVH places guides and resources for the customer. Subject to availability, OVH is committed in communicating to the customer about the documentary resource most relevant to its problems. OVH will endeavour to update its documents and resources regularly.



3rd level of support

OVH proposes its documentary resources upon specific request from the customer. An estimate of the intervention will be established and subjected to the acceptance of the customer. OVH reserves the right to refuse a request for control on legitimate or justified grounds.
