To deal with an incident, OVH will carry out a diagnostic.
If the diagnosis reveals that the incident is OVHs responsibility, the resolution of the incident is part of your service.
Otherwise, the diagnosis, which may be accompanied by a quote, you will be charged
€20.00
(1): If OVH are able to resolve the incident in the diagnosis, diagnosis and intervention will be charged only €20.00.
