Arrow Change the email assigned to your NIC


This procedure concerns you, if:

  • you cannot change an emial address for the nichandle in the manager (you forgot your password) 
This procedure allows you to:

  • modify the email address for the nichandle (customer ID).

After confirming, you will receive a filled PDF document.

Before filling in the application you need to know that:

  • All incomplete procedures will be rejected and regularly destroyed.
  • You cannot assign to your Nichandle an email address of a domain for which you are not an owner in OVH. In case of problem, OVH would be unable to contact you by email.
  • We don't recommend you using AOL or Hotmail addresses because they often don't work properly.
  • If you use the Apple system, please open the file with Adobe Reader.

How to fill in the application?

  • 1st step : Fill in the form below.

  • 2nd step Print the form and finish to fill in it. Next, send it to us with all the required documents. Please be aware that all files sent by fax won't be taken into account and therefore will be destroyed.

  • 3rd step : When we receive the documents from you, you will be informed by email about any progress.
