Order procedure in OVH
As a new customer at OVH, you need to create a nic handle (customer ID) through a form available on the link: You are a new customer . Thanks to this nic-handle, you can go into your account and make as many orders as you want. (Pay attention to the validity of the information you provide). Your postal and email addresses must be kept updated. They are our only means of contacting you.

Upon receipt of your payment by OVH, your order is validated and placed. Instantly, you receive an email confirming receipt of your payment. Your service will be available and active when you receive your invoice (usually within 24 hours after your payment). An email will notify you. Deadline for completion of service

- So when you renew if you want to change your hosting and/or you are a foreigner you must go to your management interface.
